Seeing Yourself, and the World, Differently - Mobile Musings
Show Notes

Welcome to the next installment in the Mobile Musings series here on Beyond Your Past Radio. Each episode is recorded while out walking or driving, with nothing more than a mobile phone. You'll hear my thoughts on life, mental health, making a difference in the world and in the lives of others.

So how can we potentially see ourselves, and the world, in a different way? Do we even need to, and if so, why?

What kind of difference can it make in our daily life; personal, professional, relationships, everywhere?

In this episode, I'm out doing some walking, did ya notice the walking intro too? :) Thinking about how much of a difference it can make if we decide that maybe, just maybe, we can choose to approach our day, or a specific situation, in a new way?

Think about how you wake up each day, what is your mindset as you get ready to head out to work? What's going through your mind as you approach that lunch date with a friend? How much do you dread calling back that person you've been avoiding because you're afraid of what they'll say or ask you to do?

What if you could take a chance, a calculated risk, and ask youself what it might be like to see that situation differently?

How might that look to you?

Give this episode a listen as I talk about it on the podcast!
